Branch Managers VACANCIES
Royal Exchange Assurance (Nigeria) Plc, A Leading Insurance and Financial Services Company, recapitalized and recertified by NAICOM, seeks to recruit self-driven, dynamic and enterprising individuals to fill the following strategic positions.
Branch Managers - Calabar, Akure and Aba
These positions are responsible for ensuring retention of existing clients through good customer service; expansion of the portfolio of clients through procurement of new businesses and coordination of branch operations through optimum utilization of human and material resources.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- The ideal candidates for these positions would be result-oriented, ready to take challenges and deliver on tough deadlines with little or no supervision
- He/she should not be more than 40 years old.
- a degree/HND in any business related discipline such as Insurance, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or Business Administration. Possession of a postgraduate, degree such as MBA would be an added advantage.
A good knowledge of Insurance and/or financial services business in the branch of preference would also be an advantage.
A relevant professional qualification (ACII, ACA, etc) is desirable.
Minimum 5 years post graduation work experience, preferably in Insurance industry or marketing environment.
Strong interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
Should be analytical with good computer skills.
